Shelba Durham

Shelba "Jean" Durham, 82, entered into Heaven on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 in Artesia, NM.

Jean lived life to the fullest and loved her family and friends dearly.

Jean was born February 13, 1938 in Marvel, Alabama; the daughter of Melvin and Wilma Kendrick. On Aug. 26, 1958 she was married to Wayne Durham in Artesia.

She was a member of West Main Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Wayne.

She is survived by her partner Wayne Moore; sister Marcia Henderson and husband Bud of Las Cruces; son Michael Durham and wife Marie of Artesia; daughters Lynda Walker of Navarre, Florida, and Laura Durham Williams and husband Robert of Artesia; grandchildren Brett Ramsey, Marissa Walker, Ashley Durham, David Durham, Chance Allen and Nathan Letourneau; and 7 great-grandchildren.
