Marcelo Baeza

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM, Friday, February 19, 2021 at Trinity Temple Assembly of God for Marcelo S.  Baeza of Artesia, New Mexico.

Mr.  Baeza, 72, died February 12, 2021 in Albuquerque,  NM.

Pastor Abelardo Bolanos will officiate at the services. Burial will follow at Woodbine Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Joel Baeza, Ben Baeza, Bobby Baeza, Agapito Baeza, Julio Baeza, Alfonso Rodríguez Jr.
Honorary: Mariah, Nana, Julian, Damián, Yulitza

Marcelo was born October 30, 1948 in San Antonio Del Bravo, Chihuahua, Mexico to Rumaldo Baeza and Rosa Sanchez.

Marcelo, mi Chelito, Our viejito , grandpa.   He was one of a kind man.  Loved by every one. He was fun, funny, loveable man.  A jokester!  Never a full moment with dad.
Marcelo loved his horse Tejano, He loved to show him off.  Dad loved his viejita, he wouldn’t do anything with out her.  Always together. His kids were his everything.  His grandkids were his world. He loved watching his grandkids play sports. He was their biggest fan.  He loved hearing the barking man, Hearing him made  laugh so much. If he could he would of joined him too! He left us to soon, he left us so many memories, so many stories, he will never be forgotten.   Te amo, love you mi Chelito!

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Romaldo Baeza, a sister Petra Baeza, and by a half brother Jose De La Luz.

He is survived by his wife Carmen Baeza; sons Cesar Baeza and Gabriel Baeza; a daughter Asuzena Baeza; brothers Efren Baeza, Ismael Baeza, Atanacio Baeza and Gilberto Baeza; a sister Alicia Lozano; grandchildren Alfonso, Mariah, Nana, Julio, Julian, Damian, Yulitza; honorary grandchild Sa'ryssa.
