Linda Murl Harvey passed away March 25, 2022, in Albuquerque, NM and was immediately received in Heaven by our Lord Jesus Christ.
Linda was born on June 13, 1957, in Artesia, New Mexico, to Roosevelt Harvey and Jimell "Hutson" Harvey. She was a graduate of Artesia High School, class of 1975, afterwards she went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM. She was a long time resident of Albuquerque, NM, where she worked for Johnson & Johnson for many many years and spent the last 17 years of her life working for Curia Global Inc.
Survivors include her father Roosevelt Harvey of Artesia, NM. Siblings, Donald Lee Hutson of Artesia, NM, Evangelist Willie Howard Hutson and wife Marcela of Austin, TX.
She leaves behind many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews as well as many cousins who reside throughout New Mexico, Mississippi, Illinois, Texas, California and New York. Linda was blessed to have many good friends that she loved very much and cared deeply for; just as much as she did her own family.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Jimell "Hutson" Harvey, brother Johnny P. Hutson and sister Wilma Jackson.
She will be remembered as one who encouraged us all to treat people with love and kindness; regardless of how they treated us. Linda, you are deeply loved and you will be deeply missed. Thank you Lord, for placing her in our lives.
Services will be held at Terpening & Sons Mortuary at 611 W. Grand Ave., Artesia, NM. 88210.
The viewing will be held Thursday, April 7, 2022, 6-8 pm
Services are scheduled for 2 pm Friday, April 8th.
Burial will follow at Woodbine Cemetery.
