Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00 AM, Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at Woodbine Cemetery, Artesia, N.M., for Truman Dwaine Howard of Roswell, New Mexico with Wayne Derrick officiating.

Mr. Howard, 82, died August 13, 2020 at his home in Roswell, NM.

Dwaine was born February 14, 1938 in Cottonwood, New Mexico to Truman Wesley Howard and Minnie Opal Parker Howard. He came to Artesia in 1938. On May 12 , 1955 he was married to Evelyn Savoie.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Truman and Minnie Opal Howard, Step-mother Pam Howard, Monroe and Elizabeth Howard, H.V. and Carrie Parker, Linda Ellington, Jim and Kevin Masters.

Survivors include his wife Evelyn Howard of Roswell; daughters Debra Carre and husband Ronnie of Loco Hills, Dwanna Casabonne and husband Mike of Hope, Susan Kinnibrugh and husband Arvin of Artesia and Brenda Howard, Lubbock, TX; Sister, Rita Butts, of San Antonio . Grandchildren Jimmy Masters of Roswell , Kami Horton of Farmersville, TX, Kellen Casabonne of Hope, Toby Kinnibrugh of Albuquerque and Cody Kinnibrugh of Artesia and Amber Tumbleson of Lubbock, TX and 6 great grandchildren.
