Funeral services are scheduled for 10 am Saturday, March 19, at Trinity Temple Assembly of God for Crystal Leigh Sherrell Perez of Artesia, New Mexico.
Crystal, 53, died on March 14, 2022 in Pottsville, Arkansas.
Bobby Argo will officiate at the services. Cremation will take place under the direction of Terpening & Son Mortuary.
Crysty was born March 6, 1969 in Roswell, New Mexico; the daughter of Jerry Sherrell and Ruthie Sherrell.
She graduated from Artesia High School in 1987. She worked at Yates Petroleum for several years.
She married Rocky Perez and moved to Glendale, Arizona where she worked for Waste Management.
Crysty loved all her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother.
Survivors include her husband Rocky Perez; father Jerry Sherrell and wife Angel; brother Jerry Wayne Sherrell and wife Tammy; sister Ashlie Rodriguez and husband Damian; also by her nieces Amber Sherrell, Leanne Kloppenburg, and Deanna Rodriguez.
