He entered this world on February 2, 1938 in el puebitlio chihuahua mexico born to Carmen and Gurmisinda Ruiz.
Candelario was married to Eva Chavarria on August 7, 1976. She preceded him in death on April 22, 2008.
He is survived by his daughter Maria Brizeno; daughter Imelda Hernandez; son Gerardo Ruiz; sister Manuela Nunez; sister Petra Ortiz; grandson Jose Alfredo (Freddy) Hernandez jr; granddaughter Nancy Hernandez; grandson Juan C Brizeno; granddaughter Andrea Brizeno; granddaughter Erica Hernandez; grandson Gerardo Ruiz Jr; grandson Diego Jimenez; grandson Mateo Brizeno; granddaughter Mariah Brizeno; great-grandchild Emilio J Potter; great-grandchild ezekiel Vasquez; great-grandchild Marck Hernandez Rey.
A rosary will be held on November 30,2020. at 1:30 p.m. at Lady of Grace followed by the mass service at 2:00p.m. Burial will follow at Woodbine Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jose Alfredo "Freddie" Hernandez, Juan C. Brizeno, Diego Jimenez, Ernie Aranda, Gerardo Ruiz Jr., and Jose Talladas.
