A rosary is scheduled for 10 am Thursday, October 7, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Artesia, New Mexico for Bregido Delgado Ruiz of Carlsbad, New Mexico.
Mr. Ruiz, 67, died on October 3, 2021 at his home in Carlsbad.
Bregido was born on December 12, 1953 in Casa Blanca, Arizona; the son of Trinidad Ruiz and Theodora Delgado Ruiz.
He was married to Marylee Duran on July 29, 1975 in Carlsbad. He was a janitor and enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching sports and Western movies. He loved to spend time with his family and was always joking with everyone. He was hard worker and was always working two jobs.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother Freddie Ruiz.
Survivors include his wife Marylee Ruiz; son Esteban Ruiz; daughters Connie Valdivieso, and Jessica Lockett; brothers Ruben, Raymond, Roy, Guadalupe, Frank, Johnny and Mario; sisters Mary Acosta and Mickey Rojas; 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
