Anthony was born December 6, 1990 in Seminole, TX, the son of Dimas Herrera and Misti (Baize) Herrera. He became a father on October 6, 2011 to a precious daughter Audriyannah Aracelli Herrera who was his whole entire world. Anthony attended South Plains Junior College in Levelland, TX where he studied Diesel Mechanics and after graduating he accepted a position at Jim's Water Service of New Mexico as a Field Tech.

At an early age Anthony became a lifelong fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Longhorns, and San Antonio Spurs. He didn't care whether they would win or lose he never gave up on them. He also loved to hunt and camp out in the mountains with his dad, eat his momma's cooking, cook on football Sunday with family and friends, and nothing made him prouder than watching his daughter, niece, and nephews play ball. But no matter which one he was doing at the time, he was always smiling that wonderful, contageous smile that we will all miss so very much.

Anthony was a true and loyal friend to all who knew him always willing to lend a helping hand. That is why, even in the wake of this terrible tragedy, he has helped save three lives with the selfless act of being an organ donor.

Anthony was preceded in death by his little brother, Zachary Allen Herrera and his Tia, Felicita Herrera.

He is survived by his parents and his daughter, Audriyannah Herrera, his sister Samantha Chavez and her fiance Gabriel Lucero, his nieces Zachasya Chavez and Aubrielle Lucero, and nephews Anthonee and Haze Chavez, and Cameron Lucero along with many grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins who will deeply miss him.
