Valente Salsberry Aranda III

In loving memory of Valente Aranda III better known as Trey.

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our Trey, who left this world on June 3, 2026 at the age of thirty-nine.

Born on August 5, 1986, in Fort Stockton, Texas to Valente & Suzanne Aranda. A wonderful son that longed to make them happy and proud. Trey was the best brother God could ever bless us with. He was a loving father to his two beautiful daughters Syleen & Charlize Aranda. They were his whole world & he lived to love his beautiful girls every day. Trey was also everyone's "favorite uncle" with his childlike spirt. He knew how to connect with his nieces & nephews in a special way that, of course, he could only do. Trey was also a friend to so many around him and cultivated those friendships the only way he knew how to, with laughter. He lived to make people laugh and see them smile. There was never a time where he couldn't find it in his heart to be happy for those around him. Ultimately, Trey was a kind & loving soul. His simple presence was enough to make anyone's day brighter.

Trey followed in his dad's and big brother Lito's footsteps and became a welder. Although he was born into it, he succeeded on his natural talent alone. He was a lover of so many different things whether it be music, movies, food, fashion, video games, his Tennessee Titans, but most importantly he loved his family with everything he had. His greatest joy came from spending time with his loved ones. As a family we were always saying "Is Trey on his way?" "When will Trey be here?" "Where's Trey?". Our family will forever be incomplete without our beloved Trey.

Those left to cherish Trey's memory include his oldest daughter Syleen Aranda and granddaughter Delainey Soto, his youngest daughter Charlize Aranda, his dad and mom Valente & Suzanne Aranda, brother Yule "Lito" & Minerva and their son Yule Aranda Jr., sister Candie & Rick Barton and their daughter Amara Barton, sister Marilee & Michael Lewis and their three children Jade Tiffany, Amerie Grace, & Michael Brian Lewis II, baby sister Estrella Aranda, sister Andrea Salsberry & Rogers Lee and their three children Jahron, Ja'Nai, & Kiara Salsberry, sister Michelle & Peter Morales and their two children Olivia & Joshua Morales, brother Billy Joe Aranda and his two children Michael & Marley Aranda, brother Joel & Chenay Hernandez and their three children Sammy, Jacob, & Issaac Hernandez.

Trey was preceded in death by his grandparents Valente & Micaela Aranda, Paul & Ruth "Cuca" Salsbery, his Tio Senobio Aranda, cousins Junie & Saul Aranda, and great-grandmother Lola Salsberry.

Though our hearts are broken by this tragic loss, we take comfort in the countless memories and love that Trey leaves behind. His life was a blessing, his memory a treasure, and he will be deeply missed and forever loved.

A celebration of life will be held at First Baptist Church on June 10th at 9:00 a.m. for close family & friends.
