Roy O�Bannon

Graveside services are scheduled at 10:00 A.M. Friday, June 21 at Woodbine Cemetery for Roy OBannon, 29 E. Blevins Road, Artesia, New Mexico. Mr. OBannon, 90, died Tuesday, June 18, at Artesia General Hospital. President Clyde Pace will officiate at the services. Mr. OBannon was born January 31, 1912 in Creighton, Missouri; the son of Lloyd OBannon and Maud Cornett OBannon. He came to Artesia in August 28, 1928 from Delta, Colorado. Mr. OBannon worked as a truck driver hauling cattle. He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews including Dale OBannon and his wife Betty of Tucson, Arizona.
