Robert Boyce

Memorial services are scheduled at 2 p.m. Friday, March 24, at First Baptist Church for Robert Dean "Bobby" Boyce of 289 E. Lawrence Ranch Rd.

Bobby, 74, died on Monday, March 20, 2017 at his home.

David Brunson will officiate at the services with cremation under the direction of Terpening & Son Mortuary.

Bobby was born September 14, 1942 in Artesia, New Mexico; the son of William Lee Boyce and Hattie A. (Wright) Boyce.

He married Betty Lou Lindsey on September 2, 1961 in Loco Hills, N.M. He was a lifelong resident of Artesia.

He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters and three brothers.

Survivors include his wife Betty Boyce of the family home; daughter Kim Boyce Hill and husband Randy ; son Robert Boyce and wife Michelle; sister Billie Jean Fox; grandchildren Dustin Boyce, Taren Boyce, Shelbi Boyce, Calynn Boyce, Skylar Boyce, Zach Boyce and Dezeray Boyce; four great-grandchildren.
