Rebecca Lynn Mullins was born on June 18, 1976 in Newhall, California to James W. and Iola L. Mullins. On October 21, 2026, at the age of 50, Rebecca went to be with our Lord and Savior.

Rebecca loved spending time with her family and will be remembered for the love, care, and laughter she brought to those around her. Her love for her family was an important part of her life, and the memories she created with those she loved will be cherished forever.

Rebecca was a loving mother to her children Haylee, Andrew, and Joshua Mullins, and a devoted grandmother to Layne and Elizabeth Dishman.

She is also survived by her siblings Daniel "Dan" Mullins, Patrick Mullins and his wife Michelle, and Jimine "Jimi" Mullins; nieces Amber Hill and her husband Martin, and their son Martin Jr., Kayla Mullins and her children Kristian, Natalie, and Paisley. She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loved ones who will forever hold her in their hearts.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents James W. and Iola L. Mullins, her brother David "Dave" Mullins, her grandmother Edna Chase, and her Aunt Judy Lascano, and numerous other loved ones.

Though Rebecca's time here was far too short, the love she shared and the memories she leaves behind will live on through the family and friends who loved her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

A celebration of Rebecca's life will be held at a later date.
