Kenneth Shields

No local services are scheduled for Kenneth D. Shields, 302 N. 4th St., Artesia, New Mexico. Mr. Shields, 76, died Sunday, August 14, 2005 at his home. He was born July 22, 1929 in Roswell, N.M.; the son of Otis Leo Shields and Alma Belvin Shields. He came to Artesia in 1963 from Roswell. He was a truck driver and past member of the Moose Lodge. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister. Survivors include sisters Maxine Holman and husband James of Roswell, and Joann Flanagan and husband John Mack of Daly City, California; 3 nieces and 1 nephew.
