Jose was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan who always cheered his team on no matter what. He was a man of all trades and could do anything that came his way. For cooking, building, and repairs he was the man to call. He loved and lived his life to the fullest and never let anything get in his way. Jose always had a smile on his face. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family. They always brought enjoyment to his life. He had a loving heart and was always checking in on everyone. Even on his bad days he always made sure everybody was taken care of. Joking around with everyone was his way to let you know you had a place in his heart, and that is where you wanted to be.
