Johnnie Sue was called to her eternal resting place on March 14, 2018.
She entered this world on March 22, 1942 in Carlsbad, NM, born to Jim and Christine Carter.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Christine Carter, brothers Jerry Donald Carter and Kenneth Ray Carter and sisters Sarah Joann Anderson, Betty Jean McCormick and Patricia Faye Dorman.
She is survived by her son Chuck Foster and his wife Mae of Carlsbad, N.M.; son Jessie Foster of Phoenix, A.Z.; son Marty Foster of Kermit, T.X.; son James McGee of the family home in Artesia; brother James Carter and his wife Denise of Terrell, T.X.; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
