Jason Shirey

No services are scheduled for Jason Jay Shirey of Artesia, New Mexico.

Mr. Shirey, 44, died Thursday, May 14, 2015 at his home.

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Terpening and Son Mortuary.

Jason was born July 18, 1970 in Lampasas, Texas; the son of Charlie M. Shirey and Yvonne (Taylor) Shirey. He came to Artesia in 2001 from Texas.

He was a Heavy Equipment Operator in the oil field.

Survivors include his wife Janet Sprouse of Artesia; son Taylor Shirey of Artesia; daughter Felicia Shirey of Artesia, parents Charlie and Yvonne Shirey of Clifton, AZ; sisters Ann Shirey of Houston, TX and Shauna Shirey of Clifton, AZ.
