Fern Cook

Fern Wood-Cook Services are scheduled at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 18, at Moores Rosewood Chapel in Tulsa, Okla. for Fern Wood-Cook, Artesia, New Mexico. Mrs. Cook, 79, died Sunday, May 13, 2007 at Artesia Good Samaritan Center. Interment will be in Woodland Cemetery in Sand Springs, Okla. Mrs. Cook was born December 1, 1927 in Sand Springs; the daughter of Walter Wood and Mandy Morgan Wood. She was a retired Laundromat attendant and homemaker. Survivors include her husband Pete Cook of the family home, a niece Marlene Phillips and husband Roy; sisters-in-law Norma Wood of Sand Springs and Bea Wood of Tulsa; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
