No local services are scheduled for Dale Johnson of Artesia, New Mexico. Mr. Johnson, 52, died Thursday, December 18, 2003 in Hagerman, New Mexico. Cremation is under the direction of Terpening Son Mortuary. Mr. Johnson was born October 8, 1951 in Lafayette, Indiana; the son of Harold Eugene Johnson and Ruth Martha Halsma Johnson. He served in the United States Navy and came to Artesia in 1982 from Lafayette. He was an auto mechanic by trade. Survivors include a sister Debra McHenry of Hagerman; several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles; and a lot of good friends.
