Clair Jackson

No services are scheduled for Clair Jackson of 604 S. 6th Street, Artesia, New Mexico. Mr. Jackson, 79, died Wednesday, November 22, 2006 at his home. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Terpening and Son Mortuary. He was born February 27, 1927 in Ohio; the son of John Jackson and Ida Mountain Jackson Bonnell. On June 10, 1951 he was married to Caroline Schultz in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. He came to Artesia 26 years ago from Ohio. She preceded him in death Sept. 27, 1999. He was a tree trimmer. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters. Survivors include sons Harley Jackson of Conneautville, Penn., and Kevin Jackson of Conneautville, Penn.; daughters, Linda Jackson of Albuquerque, N.M., and Debra Jackson of Artesia; 13 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
