Brenda Evans

Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 6 at Woodbine Cemetery for Brenda Evans of Lubbock, TX.

Mrs. Evans, 71, passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at her home in Lubbock.

Ricky Ellis will officiate at the service.

Brenda was born on August 11, 1946 in Artesia, N.M.; the daughter of Floyd and Helen (Burnett) Ison. On April 28, 1967 she married Lawson Ray Evans in Artesia. He preceded her in death on January 22, 2012. She was also preceded in death by her parents, and a son Michael Todd Evans.

Brenda was a longtime Artesia resident until moving to Lubbock in 2015. She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking. She loved her family and would do anything for anyone.

Survivors include her brother Mike Ison of Lubbock and his family.
