Graveside services are scheduled at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 20, at Woodbine Cemetery for Billy Dean Carter of Farmington, New Mexico.
Mr. Carter, 56, died Friday, February 13, 2015 in Farmington.
Billy was born April 15, 1958 in Artesia, NM; the son of Charles A. Carter and Maurine (Wilson) Carter.
He was a carpenter.
Survivors include his daughter Carrissa O'Meara and various family members.
