Billie M. Mann

Billie M. Mann went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on her 88th birthday, April 15, 2026. Billie was born April 15, 1938 to Jess & Leta Mae McCabe. 

Billie lived most of her life in Artesia and the surrounding area. She ran Moore’s Bakery for many years and married Clifton Mann, Sr. in March of 1984. They worked side by side in the oil & gas industry, farming and raising horses. She was a woman of strong faith. She enjoyed gardening, painting, doing crafts and truly loved cooking for friends, family & church members. Her wedding cakes were true works of art. 

She is survived by her husband, Clifton Mann, Sr., sisters Alma Smith and Jessie May McGonagle, stepchildren Leandra Nier & husband Rob, Clifton Mann Jr & wife Gaelyn, and numerous granchildren, great granchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces & nephews.

 Billie was preceded in death by her parents, Jess & Leta Mae McCabe, Brother Chappo McCabe, children Bert Lynn Alcorn & Raynelle Smith 

Graveside services will be at Woodbine Cemetery in Artesia, Tuesday, April 21 at 2:00 pm
